Arrive Home shakes up executive leadership line-up

Arrive Home, a mortgage lender specializing in affordable housing programs, has announced two key promotions in its executive team.

Co-founder and president Matt Pettit (pictured left) will serve as CEO, and Tai Christensen (pictured right), co-founder and chief diversity and public relations officer, will assume the role of president. The move reflects Arrive’s growth since launching in November 2022, the company said in its release.

“Arrive Home has made huge strides toward its mission to help borrowers in underserved communities build generational wealth through homeownership,” Christensen said. “As our team continues to grow, our mission remains the same: to make responsible homeownership more accessible to buyers by easing the production burdens on lenders nationwide.”

Christensen, a 16-year industry veteran, has an impressive track record of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the mortgage industry. Most recently, Christensen served as chair of the American Mortgage Diversity Council.

“We are thrilled with the progress we’ve made since launching last year and are excited to introduce other credit solutions to the market in the coming months,” said Pettit, who has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and fintech sectors.

Arrive provides down payment assistance and earned equity program to qualified homebuyers in underserved communities. It also offers alternative credit products for non-traditional and ITIN borrowers.
