National VA mortgage lender has been named a top workplace
Employees of national VA mortgage lender NewDay USA appear to happy in their work having voted the firm as a Top Workplace in the Baltimore Sun.
The accolade is based on confidential survey of employees and is indicative of a highly satisfied workforce using factors such as alignment, execution, and connection, to determine workplace culture.

The survey was carried out by Energage, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
Best and brightest
It’s the third time that the mortgage company has been awarded a Top Workplace award by the Baltimore Sun, amid several honors it has received.
