A California-based property management firm has joined with mortgage and investment partners and aims to offer something new for real estate buyers.
Intempus’ collaboration with mortgage brokers CMG Financial, and investment advisors ARIA Wealth Management will be officially launched later this month at the firms’ central office location in San Jose.
“Every year since 2013, we’ve grown our property management portfolio by over 100 percent,” said Michael Khesin, CEO of Intempus. “Our new partnership with CMG and ARIA will fulfill the needs of our growing client base who require additional services in the areas of financing and investment. Together, our firms will be able to help clients build profitability and fuel their further growth.”
The partnership brings property management, mortgage brokerage and investment services together under one roof, and utilizes Intempus’ new offices in the city.
