New member has over two decades of experience in mortgage industry
American Eagle Mortgage recently expanded its footprint in Florida with the addition of mortgage servicer Felicia Owens & Associates to its network.
Based in Ft. Lauderdale, Felicia Owens & Associates is a mortgage services provider established by branch manager Felicia Owens. With over two decades of mortgage industry experience, Owens has expertise in mortgage loan structuring and possesses additional training and certification in real estate, loan processing, and underwriting.
“With a plethora of loan products and services offered by Felicia Owens & Associates at American Eagle Mortgage, the diverse needs of real estate agents, investors, and all classes of customers, including self-employed, are adequately catered for, making the firm a one-stop solutions provider for all home loan needs,” the company said in a statement.
By joining American Eagle, Owens said that she plans to expand her services across the US. “I found my job to be more enjoyable as I graded my progress not by volume but the client experience,” said Owens. “Understanding our clients' needs, providing the pre-approval they deserve and closing on time is what we take pride in.”
