Black Knight gives Servicing Digital access to Commerce Bank mortgage customers

Black Knight has announced that Commerce Bank will utilize its Servicing Digital product to enable its mortgage and home equity customers to get personalized information about their homes.

Servicing Digital will provide Commerce Bank customers with digital access to home and loan information anytime, anywhere. Additionally, it will allow consumers to pay their mortgage online and take out a home equity loan or buy another property.

"Leveraging Servicing Digital helps our customers manage their most important asset – their home – and enables Commerce Bank to stay instantly accessible when they are ready to refinance, take out a home equity product or apply for a new loan," said Commerce Bank Senior Vice President Jeff Gerner. "It's also advantageous for Black Knight to host this solution, so any updates to the application are being supported by one of the industry's leading providers."

Borrowers can access the new capabilities through the website and mobile app of Commerce Bank.
