I have a client who is a foreign national who has relatively recently arrived in the US. he has an L1-A visa for three years (renewable) for a multinational and has bought a house for cash in Denver and wants to refinance/release some cash. he actually has three that he'd like to do this for. He has no FICO yet, but does have an SSN.
100% equity home owner x 3 properties wishes to release 50% of each’s equity ASAP. Only issue is he is British citizen new to USA. Working for the same company for 12+ years (transferred here on an L1A Visa so he has a SS). Can you help?
