EPM appoints two mortgage vets to oversee the new office

Equity Prime Mortgage has announced its latest expansion in the Florida with the opening of a new office in Maitland.
The expansion marks the Equity Prime Mortgage’s fourth office in Florida. The company appointed Curtis Swanson, vice president of sales, to lead the Maitland office, with support from Vice President of Operations Felix Vargas.
"Curtis has been a consistent producer for our company as both a mortgage loan originator and sales manager, and we're all very excited to see him take his next step as a leader,” said EPM President Eddy Perez. “We look forward to seeing his team's continued success with EPM in the Maitland community."
