Nonbank opens new branches in the state
Evergreen Home Loans has expanded its footprint into Montana with new mortgage branches across the state.
According to the nonbank, the new branches will offer a comprehensive suite of mortgage services, including conventional loans, refinancing, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

Evergreen has tapped industry veteran Brett Evertz to oversee operations and spearhead the statewide expansion as area manager.
