The reverse mortgage veteran will support Fairway's expansion efforts
Fairway Independent Mortgage has announced the addition of Timothy Harder to its national reverse mortgage leadership team.
Harder, who brings more than 18 years of reverse mortgage experience, will serve as a marketing specialist. According to the company, he will work with Fairway's operations, marketing, and sales team to help implement and update workflow processes that aim to boost the company's growth.
"We are fortunate that Tim Harder has brought his great skills, knowledge, and industry experience to the Fairway platform," said Harlan Accola, director of national reverse mortgage at Fairway. "There is so much need in the industry for someone with the depth of knowledge Tim Harder has. He truly wants to make a difference in the way retirement is done for our seniors in this country and will be a big part of Fairway, achieving our ambitious goals in the reverse space."
Harder has spent nearly two decades of his mortgage career at 1st Reverse Mortgage USA, a division of Cherry Creek Mortgage, where he served as vice president of business development and reverse mortgage specialist. He is also an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association and is the former president and board member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association.
