Integration reduces turn-times and lowers costs
Reggora, a cloud-based home appraisal platform for mortgage lenders and appraisers, has announced its integration with ValueLink’s Byte Software's BytePro Loan Origination Software (LOS).
The company said the integration enables lenders to easily order and track Reggora’s appraisal products through BytePro’s LOS interface. Lenders will be able to order appraisals instantly while retaining total control and transparency over the process.
Reggora’s workflow automation could cut turn-times and lower overhead costs, according to the company. In turn, it will allow BytePro users to prioritize other significant aspects of the mortgage process. The faster appraisal process and improved tools also enable borrowers to check in on the appraisal status of their potential home.
