The companies combine their national platform to deliver regional experience to clients
Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services (NPAS) has acquired Houston-based Integrity Appraisal Management (Integrity).
The deal creates “significant growth opportunities” for both appraisal management companies and marks an important milestone for NPAS – allowing it to expand market reach and enhance product and service offerings.
Sri Velamati, CEO of Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services, said the acquisition “perfectly aligns with our long-term vision and strategy to grow with our customers and innovate in the industry. By combining our strengths, we are confident in our ability to create a stronger, more competitive organization and drive further success. We are excited to grow the combined organization and offer our combined customer base a national platform with a regional experience.”
“We were approached by several AMCs who wanted to partner with us, only to add numbers to their bottom line,” Integrity president Shawn Thompson said. “We knew they were different from the first time we met with the executive team at NPAS. They have experience and a reputation of partnering with AMCs who share their values.”
Employees of the acquired company will remain on board, with Thompson leading the Integrity division as president. “They have a proven team, and Shawn will be essential to our ability to continue delivering superior service to their clients,” Velamati said.
