Mortgage lender expands homeownership offerings
New American Funding (NAF) has expanded its homebuying services by partnering with Matic Insurance and OneSource Solutions to offer insurance and home setup services.
The mortgage company said the new offerings will be part of its mortgage process. “To create a streamlined user experience, NAF Insurance and NAF Concierge are seamlessly integrated into New American Funding’s customer-friendly loan process, removing friction and stress from the mortgage, homebuying, and moving experience,” NAF said in a press release.
Customers can bundle homeowners’ insurance (along with flood, wind, auto, pet, life, and other personal lines of insurance) through NAF Insurance, which is powered by Matic.
Additionally, mortgage borrowers can work with NAF Concierge to find local movers and set up key utilities like electricity, gas, and water. NAF Concierge also provides assistance with internet, TV services, smart home security systems, and other services.
