Union Bank Home Loans adds managing director to private mortgage division

Debra Montgomery joins from Movement Mortgage

Union Bank Home Loans has added Debra Montgomery as managing director and Pacific Northwest region manager for its private mortgage division, Union Bank announced.

In her new role, Montgomery will manage the team of private mortgage consultants who specialize in offering home lending products and services to the bank's private bank clients and prospects.

"Union Bank is one of the most respected mortgage providers in the industry, and I look forward to working with the Pacific Northwest private mortgage team to grow our region and serve our clients' specialized mortgage needs," Montgomery said.

She brings more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience to the role. Most recently, she led a team of mortgage consultants in addition to managing her own portfolio of clients as Northwest market leader for Movement Mortgage. Prior to that, Montgomery was a vice president and senior home loans manager for Bank of America.

Based in the Bellevue, Wash., office, she will report to William Bilicki, private mortgage division executive.
