Program to expand into nine more markets by 2020
Zillow has expanded its Zillow Offers program to Orlando. The program allows homeowners to sell their home directly to Zillow.
With the addition of Orlando, the program will be launched in nine more markets by the end of the first quarter of 2020. The firm has already made Zillow Offers available in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Raleigh, and Riverside.
Zillow Offers purchases a seller’s house, preps it for showings, and then lists it for sale. Zillow partners with agents from local brokerages to represent the company in the transaction.
