Planet Home Lending has announced a partnership with Mortgage Coach that will enable the Connecticut-based lender to grow its marketing technology offering.
According to a release, the tie-up will provide Planet Home’s mortgage loan originators tools (MLOs) that can help them “offer borrowers modern, consultative service with digital, interactive presentations that illustrate the costs and benefits of mortgage loan products and strategies over time.”

“Our new partnership with Mortgage Coach allows us to further invest in our talented MLOs with tools to continue providing the highest level of service to potential and existing borrowers,” said Caleb Mittelstet, executive vice president of national production distributed retail sales at Planet Home Lending. “As the origination market shifts and consumers are reconsidering what type of financing they need, MLOs require the best tools available to answer questions and provide relevant information.”
MLOs will also gain access to the Mortgage Coach platform, which has an array of marketing tech offerings and is available on desktop and mobile. Thanks to these tools, Planet Home claims that it has seen its distributed retail channel grow in the first quarter, adding seven new branches and 40 MLOs.
