Customers can now get home maintenance information via Black Knight’s app and website
Black Knight has announced the integration of the Househappy application into its Servicing Digital mobile tool.
Househappy is a home concierge suite that lets homeowners to digitally track home maintenance information and records, get notifications on upcoming service needs, and schedule repairs from a list of pre-approved contractors.
With the integration, Servicing Digital will add Househappy’s capabilities to its offerings. Customers can then access personalized home maintenance and mortgage information from Black Knight’s Servicing Digital either through their phone as a mobile app or through its website.
