Duo have proven track records for attracting and engaging top talent
Planet Home Lending has announced two executive promotions as it continues to expand its mortgage platform and attract new talent.
Jodi Bailey has taken on additional responsibilities as senior vice president of the company’s total rewards and payroll departments. Meanwhile, Terry Mitchell has been promoted to senior vice president of human resources.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Bailey will play a key role in helping the mortgage company to attract and retain top-tier talent through its compensation and benefits strategies. Before Planet Home Lending, she held compensation management roles at Caliber Home Loans, MetLife Home Loans, and Countrywide Financial.
Mitchell, whose career spans over 25 years, will direct the human resources business partner team at Planet Home Lending. He previously worked at Saxon Mortgage, JCPenney, and Wingspan Portfolio Advisors.
