Here's who made the list of finalists and what attendees need to know
The New Zealand Mortgage Awards are back.
In association with the New Zealand Adviser, parent company KM Business Information’s annual event is back for its 2025 instalment. The annual event recognises the finest in the industry, shining a spotlight on things such as best practices and leadership over the last 12 months.
Here at NZ Adviser we've rounded up all the important details for attendees, in addition to the complete list of this year's excellence awardees.
In total, there are 105 awardees, up from 87 last year, spread out across various categories. Finalists are made up of residential and commercial mortgage advisers, lenders, aggregators, business development managers, brokerages, loan administrators and service providers.
The cocktail-style gala takes place on Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, at the Auckland War Memorial Museum. New Zealand's own radio and television host Jeremy Corbett will serve as MC of the event, while DJ Venetia supplies the tunes.
Non-bank lender Liberty Financial will once act as event partner.
"This event is a unique and significant occasion for our industry," Igor Stychinsky, general manager of Liberty NZ, told NZ Adviser. "It’s the only time where mortgage professionals from every business, lender and aggregator can gather to celebrate excellence together. It provides a wonderful opportunity to foster a sense of community that strengthens our collective impact in a fun and authentic way."
